He enlisted in Winnipeg in April 1918 and served with the 1st Depot Battalion during World War I. He was discharged in Halifax, Nova Scotia in March 1919. GILSTORF, Reg WWII Reg served in the Air Force in Canada during World War II, being discharged on January 22, 1945. GINGRAS, Maurice Pierre WWII Maurice was born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on July 31, 1926. He enlisted in the Navy in Saskatoon in January 1944 and served on the Atlantic and overseas. Maurice was discharged in Saskatoon on December 11, 1945. He received the Atlantic Star and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp. Maurice was married to Clarice and they had a son Terry.
