He enlisted in the Army and served in Peacetime in Canada with 1st RCHA, C Bty from 1955 to 1958. CLARK, William L. “Sparky” WWII William was born in Dauphin, Manitoba on December 17, 1926. He enlisted in the Army on January 4, 1945 and served with the Canadian Infantry Corps in Canada during World War II. He has been a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 20 in Dauphin for 57 years. CLARKE, Allan Osborne “Ossie” WWII Ossie was born at Dauphin, Manitoba on June 28, 1924. He joined the Royal Canadian Air force during World War II where he trained as a pilot and served as a flight instructor before serving overseas for a brief time. He worked in the construction industry throughout both Alberta and Saskatchewan, first with Dominion Bridge in Edmonton and then with MacKenzie and Thayer in Saskatoon before starting his own business. Ossie made Shaunavon his home for the last five years of his life. He passed away on December 2, 2013.
