He enlisted with the Royal Canadian Army and served in the Queens Own Cameron Highlanders and the South Saskatchewan Regiment in England and France. Donald was killed in action in Normandy in 1944 and is buried at the Canadian Military Cemetery in Bretteville-sur-Laize, France. Morrison Hill was named after him in 1995. MORRISON, George H. WWII George was born in 1926. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Army and served with the Canadian Infantry Corps during World War II. George has been a member of Fort William Legion Branch 6 for 43 years. MORRISON, Howard A. WWII Howard was born in Winnipeg, MB in 1919. He enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1940 and trained in Brandon, MB, Hamilton, ON and Brantford, ON. He served with No. 405 Pathfinder Squadron in England during World War II and obtained the rank of Wing Commander. MORRISON, Hiram WWII Hiram was born in 1921. He joined the Royal Canadian Army and served with the Lake Superior Scottish Regiment in France and Germany during World War II. He was a member of Fort William Legion Branch 6 for 45 years. Hiram passed away in 2006.
