343 HOW TO SUBMIT A VETERAN’S BIOGRAPHY TO THE IN THE SERVICE OF CANADA BOOK. In the Service of Canada The best way to submit a biography is to download the 2026 form from the Legion website. Please 昀ll out all the relevant 昀elds and save the 昀le to your desktop (in your browser go to File>Save As, and give the 昀le your Name (First _Last). Submit the form and your digital images, and if necessary a MS-Word or Text 昀le. Digital images: 300 PPI JPEG 昀les, saved to the highest quality possible. Please include your name and the title of the image in each 昀le name (for example: First _Last_Title.jpg). Please be advised that we can not return your pictures and other material. While we take great care to include each biography submitted, only those with suf昀cient information can be included in the next book. In case your entry does not get to us before the deadline (July 31, 2026) we reserve the right to include the biography in the following year.
