Military Service Recognition Book 42 The First Open Heart Society of BC honours the past and present members of the BC and Yukon Legion. Situated in Victoria, BC, we operate the Victoria Heart House B&B for individuals, and their families, awaiting, or going through, a cardiovascular medical procedure. As a non-profit charitable society, Victoria Heart House is funded by donations from individuals and organizations.
