www.abnwtlegion.com 351 Requirements for Submissions to the annual Military Service Recognition Book Please feel free to distribute this information among your Branch members, Cadet Squadrons, Garrison, seniors’ homes, family and friends. Anyone may submit a Veteran’s history or story, pictures, clean jokes or a poem. The success of this project depends on receiving information in a timely manner. Submission deadline is January 31, annually. Sorry, there are no exceptions and late submissions will appear in the next edition. You are responsible to edit your submission for grammar and spelling and ensure the information is factual. We retain the right to edit but will not alter the content of your submission. If the information is not legible or you misspell a name, give the wrong date of birth, etc., we have no means of verifying the information and will print what you submit. Photographs and other information will not be returned, so please scan and email or copy and mail it with your submission. When received, it will be deemed submitted for inclusion and may be used without any further permission required. Submissions for the Military Service Recognition Bookcan be sent the following ways: (1) E-mail: vetbook@fenety.com Please email your submission as a ‘word document’ attachment. Photographs that are e-mailed must have a resolution of 300 dpi minimum at size of original, and if possible, attached as a separate document. If you do not have e-mail capability, perhaps you could ask someone with such access to assist in sending in your submission.
