During World War Two, Bill enlisted in the Canadian Army and served overseas. After the war ended, he and his family lived inWetaskiwin, Alberta. He is deceased. Waters, Thomas James Thomas was born in Worcester, England in 1865. He served for nineteen years in the ImperialYeomanry British Army, including service in the Boer war between 1899 and 1902. He sacrificed his Army pension to marry and move to Canada in 1905 and settle in Strathcona, Alberta. Thomas passed away in 1942 in South Cooking Lake, Alberta. His son Tom served in the Army during World War Two. Watson, Robert J. “Bob” Bob was born in Ponoka, Alberta in 1923. He joined the Navy as a Stoker 1st Class on frigates in the Atlantic theatre. He served for five-and-a-half years during World War Two. Bob was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Ponoka Branch 66 for many years. He died in 2000.
