After immigrating to Canada he farmed until he enlisted in Edmonton with the 51st Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force on January 19, 1916. Noel went to France with the 49th Battalion and then went to Belgium where he was killed in action near Mount Sorrel at the age of 37. Noel is buried at the Menin Road South Military Cemetery near Ypres, Belgium. Loader, Walter Walter was born on November 29, 1919, in England. In 1925, his parents moved their family to Canada and settled near Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Walter was raised there and later near Millet, Alberta where the family farmed. Walter enlisted in the Royal Canadian Air Force in 1941 and served as a Flight Sergeant overseas until 1945. When World War Two ended, Walter rejoined the Air Force and served in Ontario and in Claresholm, Alberta. Walter passed away in December 1986. Lofts, Robert Wilfred Robert was born in London, England on December 5, 1878. He immigrated to Canada and made his home at Jasper, Alberta where he worked as a clerk. Robert enlisted with the 51st Battalion, Canadian Expeditionary Force in Edmonton on February 2, 1915. No further information was available.
